PLEASE READ UPDATE! Original review: Wow! I was honestly a bit weary after reading some recent reviews but I’m glad I came. Ironically I wanted to try mama hung or “pho hot” but they were closed! So I came here and I’m SOOOO glad I did. The beef pho was yummy and HOT! The charbroiled beef spring rolls were AMAZING!!! The Thai iced coffee was also yummy but I got it half sweet. I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE COMING AGAIN! Glad I found a yummy pho place. update: came on Feb. 19th again. Unfortunately the consistency of quality isn’t there. I ordered the same exact thing again and it’s different. The spring roll is loose. Way less meat in it. Less noodles in the pho. And the sauce that came with the spring rolls is completely different. To make it worse the waiter came to my table with the check and the machine to pay as I was mid spoon in mouth. Not anywhere near closing time. I’m a bit turned off now but since the first experience was on a Saturday, I’ll try to only come on that day assuming it’s the better staff. Sucks that’s now I have to worry about this. Hopefully they work on this.

The food here is disappointing! I came here after seeing some promising reviews. Realized the reviews were 3-5 years old and not recent. Most of the photos within the review were no longer being served and/or not on the menu. Came here for lunch. The menu selection definitely gotten slimmer. The flavor was bland as f. Ordered the basil fried rice,shrimp pho, and veggie egg rolls. The shrimp in the rice tasted undercooked and underseasoned. The shrimp pho was just sad looking. The egg rolls were mediocre. Maybe the cook was having an off day. Service was pleasant and prompt. The food though....pure disappointment.

TL; DR - modern, quality Vietnamese food in a light and airy setting. New ownership has upped the food quality here. Came here on a Saturday night to grab dinner with friends. The restaurant was buzzing, the servers were all nice and attentive. Parking was a breeze. Ordered crispy egg rolls and marinated chicken wings for appetizers. Both had great flavors and the dipping sauce was nicely fragrant. My friends got the beef pho, combo vermicelli. Great quality, good textures. Can’t speak poorly of these dishes. I got the shaken beef rice dish and another friend got the shaken beef garlic noodle dish. The beef was tender and flavorful, perfectly done. The vegetables were fresh and the picked carrots complemented everything perfectly. The garlic noodles were Al dente and umami perfectly. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Hoping to come back and have a beer at the bar next time with dinner!

I’ve come here for a long time but this place seems to be going down hill. I heard that the management changed and it is not the same. The restaurant was cold and drafty upon arrival. I ordered the egg rolls with pork and had to send them back because they tasted cold and stale. They were at least kind enough to remove it from my bill. I also ordered the steak pho which had good flavor but the portion was too small for $20. I am pretty petite and get full fast but I still left hungry. Not coming back here unfortunately.
